PURE WATER SYSTEM
We use purified water that we process using specialised equipment fitted in our vans. Water is then pumped into our water fed poles reaching heights of over 50 feet.
This ensures we can work safely from the ground without the need for ladders, meaning it's safer for the window cleaner & gives the customer more privacy and less risk of damage or accidents.
HERES THE SCIENCE BIT...
Water out of the tap in our area is very hard, meaning it has a lot of minerals and chemicals dissolved in it such as calcium and magnesium. This is what causes a build up of limescale.
We de-ionise this using a 4-stage filtration system on our vans to ensure that it is completely purified leaving zero total dissolved solubles.

Pure water will want to become impure this is where we can use this to our advantage as it absorbs and latches to dirt effectively
Pure water is environmentally friendly eliminating the need for harsh chemicals
Pure water evaporates much faster than tap water meaning the water droplets left on your windows dries rapidly leaving sparkling crystal clear windows
The rinse process expelled from our brushes doubles up as mini pressure washers. This eliminates dirt in all parts of the window frames leaving them spotless.

WORKING IN THE RAIN
Cleaning your windows in the rain does not affect the result of our work it just means we get a little wet.
However, on some occasions if the weather is too heavy we will clean your windows on the next day.
This also applies to strong winds on high level work such as gutter clearance.
NOT IN? NOT A PROBLEM!
You will receive a text or an email (whichever your preferred contact is) the day before we work on your property.
If you will not be at home there is no need for you to leave a back gate open leaving your house unsecured. We have a gate ladder that can go over the top of your gate if you are happy for us to use this.
